Delivery area and charges
The current checkout is intended for UK delivery. Available methods, charges and any delivery estimate are shown before you place the order. We do not promise international delivery on this page.
Dispatch and delivery
We will send available order and delivery updates using the contact details supplied at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. An estimate is not a guarantee where events outside reasonable control cause delay.
Delivery problems
Check the delivery address before submitting the order. If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact Customer Support with your order number so the shipment can be checked. Your statutory rights are not affected.
