Terms of Service

By Healthier U Ltd Reviewed 2026-08-28

These terms apply to online consumer orders placed with Healthier U Ltd. They should be read with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Seller details

HEALTHIER U LTD, company number 13559645. Registered office: 13 Bridge Street, Darwen, Lancashire, England, BB3 2AA. Email: info@healthierultd.com. Telephone: +44 7506 304470.

Products and orders

Product availability, price and essential product information are shown before an order is submitted. Read the current label, ingredients, directions and warnings before use. An acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance; a contract is formed when we accept the order under the checkout process. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, fraud or legal restrictions require it and will refund sums due.

Price and payment

The total price, applicable tax, delivery charge and accepted payment method are shown at checkout before you place the order. Payment is handled through the provider presented at checkout.

Delivery

The current checkout is intended for UK delivery. Available methods, charges and estimates are shown before purchase. Read the Shipping Information page for the current baseline.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Online consumers normally have statutory cancellation rights, subject to legal exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not reduced by these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Data and law

Read our Privacy Policy for personal-data information. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available to them.
